Hey guys,
Is there anyway to get away from the serving seperation on the buss cable on my Mathews xt, it's a trip & have a target & a hunting bow same model
I shoot my target way more than my hunting bow & the cable on my hunting bow is the one seperating right now. I can't count how many times I have repalced cables & strings.Give it I do shoot alot.

Serving separation isn't uncommon...and doesn't affect how the bow shoots. Usually, only two problems cause this separation...poor serving quality or a sharp angle somewhere on the cam where the string or cable has to bend sharply to be put on a peg.

i had this problem with a prestige and had it reserved with crown

I had the same problem with several strings on my Browning Illusion.....I spoke with Jeff at JBK strings and he took care of it. The string I am shooting now has countless shots on it and is still in great shape without any serving issues.
