Setting up a Trophy Taker dropaway

I'm gonna put a TT Pronghorn on my new Trykon XL. Just wondering if anyone had any tips on the timing of this rest. I've been told to set it to come all the way up 1 1/2 inches before full draw. Is the spring tension adjustable? How do you have yours set? Thanks for any tips.
