Hi. I have a Mathews Conquest Pro. I am getting a little over 60 pounds w/ the mini-max cams and was wondering if anyone has successfully shimmed the limbs on these bows to bring up the draw weight and speed. I would like to get a little more performance out of this bow. If you have please tell me what you did. If I could get '5' more pounds out of it, I would really be happy. If I had the money, I would just go to a dealer and see if he could get a set of limbs from Mathews w/ 110+ deflection rating on them.

BTW, This has been a 'great' bow for me.

DON'T

Don't do it as it will void your warranty.

You will also be creating a safety hazard as you will be over-stressing the limb to unknown limits!

OK does anyone have heavy limbs for a Conquest Pro with deflection numbers up in order of 110+?

IMHO, it's hard for me to believe that I'll be stressing the limbs out at 27.675" draw length, I'm not storing that much energy.
