Who has used the Shockwaves with a low ke set-up? How did you like them?

low ke? mechanicals are not the best choice for low energy set ups.

Their for my wife. Her arrows are too stiff for fixed blades. I have used the Scorpions before and loved them, but these are way cheaper. I have a new pack of Rocket Steelheads, but they are not as sharp as the used Spitfire Maxx that I killed my buck with last year. Also I'm not buying her new arrows so I will be using mechanicals with a smaller cutting diameter. Not to offend anyone, but I don't need to here about Slick tricks, just Shockwaves.

use the steel heads,smaller cutting diamiter than the shock wave.

I used them on a 30 year old Bear bow when i started hunting. I shot 40 lbs and slower than a snail. Passed through my first doe at 25 yds.

I would, I like them. I have 12 of them and plan on using a few again this season.

I have used shockwaves for many years. I started using them when I was 13 and shooting a Mathews MQ-32 with a 45# draw weight. They worked great with that set-up and got a complete pass through on every deer that I shot with it. They are great broad heads for low KE set-ups.
