What do you all think about shoot through netting and mechanical broadheads...?

everything that I have heard is no. I think that I read somewhere the other day that there is a mechanical that says you can shoot it through the mesh, but I can't remember what it is. I think that it might of been aftershock or vortex, but again I can't remember for sure. :beer:

No...

I was shooting NAP Spitfires until I tried shooting themthrough netting.
I ended up switching to Slick Tricks... the mechanicals would open up on impact with the net and the flight was not consistant.

The best thing to do is to practice shooting your Broadhead through the netting to see how they fly.

Yes!

As long as you are shooting the mechanicals that DO NOT have the "L shaped" leading edge to the blade they should zip right through.
I shoot the Rocket Steelhead XP and it will go through without any effect on my arrow.

If you read the instructions on 99% of the blinds with netting they suggest no exspandables :zip: I don't care what type exspandable you shoot, when the head hits the netting it is going to vary the travel of the arrow somewhat wheather it deploys on contact or not.
