Check your hand position. That's the problem, unless your lower limb is slightly hitting something since you are sitting down.

What are you using for your anchor points? Do you have a kisser? a peep?

My guess is that it's your grip. I have problems with this occasionally. I'll get lax and start gripping the bow tightly. Be sure to relax your grip so that when you shoot there's a since that the bow is falling off your hand--use a bow strap if you're worried about dropping the bow. Also, make sure you have good follow through--making sure your not jerking the release. My nickel's worth.
