Tonight I was looking through my favorites and noticed I had a couple good videos for technical reference for many of the "form" threads.A couple I have posted several times but a couple more I don't think I ever posted them.

This would be a good thread for people to post videos of technical information and it could be accessed in the future when people have questions about form or grips or whatever.

So if you have a couple to add, post them up.

Plenty more videos at http://www.performance-archery.tv/ not just the one on draw length.

I do not agree with everything Alistar says but 99% of it is good stuff. Just waiting for the dryfire in a video as he hardly ever loads an arrow.

I agree with most of what he says but he should make a point to say that some body types just don't allow for certain things.Like the draw elbow, although I agree with him,it just isn't physically possible for some people to get the elbow perfectly inline(I am one such person,my body type just won't allow it) but in generall, most should strive for this.It even hurts for me to do it without a bow in hand.
