Well, they were short beings a lot of stick and recurves ran 60 and more inches long. Sold 2 of my recurves a couple years back, Shakespeares of 66 and 72". Most of the bows here are 43 and 44" ata, some are 47, 48, 48 1/2" and one short bow of 41".
