If you are comfortable with 70# go for it. There are many bows that provide great performance with your specs. If you like single cams, Mathews Prestige would be great choise. I think almost everyone that has bought Pse X-Force are more than satisfied with their bow. Hoyt Vulcan would be extremely attractive and probably the most secure choise of all. I shoot APA Black Mamba X1 (I have longer draw of 28,5" though). I love that bow. It is just pure pleasure to shoot. Everyone is talking about how low brace makes bows unforginving and difficult to shoot accurately. I'm not very experienced archer but I shoot my X1 at least as good as any bow out there. Apa makes extremely high quality bows and their customer service is outstanding.
Some also think that Black Mambas have harsh draw sycle but it's honestly far from it. Of cource you have to work for the speed, but the draw force curve of the bow is outstanding.
If you have a change to shoot one, do yourself a favor try it. I know that it may not be the bow for everyone, but I haven't heard anyone to be disapointed to Apa bows.
