Pat's Archery in Okmulgee received their demo today. Put on 27" mods and went to shooting.

Draw wasn't as bad as I expected. With the bow set at 62# it was very tolerable. Cranked it all the way down and it was obviously much harsher. Very little handshock even without a stab. Held well at full draw. Top heavy even without a stab. Noise wasn't bad at all. The scale was broke, but I figured the arrow weight to be approx 420 grains and the speed was 285 fps with a 27" draw. My DXT only shoots a 350 grain arrow 290 fps.

I'm satisfied with my Alphamax but had the Monster been available in January, it would have been a much tougher choice.
