SIMS cable guide on Black Ice

I picked up a SIMS teflon cable guide this weekend. Which way does it go on? There are the two grooves for the cables, one holds the cable closer to the cable bar and one is farther away. it looks like it could go either way...

Your cables should not be touching above or below your cable slide, get the side that gives some room, that is the right side up.

I think I figured it out..I talked to a guy that said the cable should cross above the bar, not below it. I think that's how I was trying to install last night, I think I had it backwards....
