Who has the Sitka Equinox Midi Pants and how do you like them? Looking for something warm to layer underneath the Stratus bibs and these appear to be a good option.

I think these were a huge miss. I hate a midlayer having a belt. They have a taper down the leg and tight cuff at the bottom that drove me nuts. They clearly were designed to be used with rubber boots, as leather boots will get debris and twigs down the boot. They should of had side zips to dump heat. And I felt bunched up in them. Should of had more stretch.
I feel like if they made these just like a heavy pair of sweatpants they'd have knocked it outta the park. I like the FL Furnace long johns way more

I’m not a fan of the taper down and tight cuff either from my initial try on but I’ve yet to use them in the field. A buddy of mine picked them up last year and loved them.

I agree that the equinox midi pant is not so great

check these out, they feel more like sweat pants

same material as cold weather hoody and equinox hoody. thick fleece, soft and warm!

In the past I’ve had the Fanatic bibs and they were too hot for hunting in the south. Last year I switched to the Stratus bibs and the Equinox Midi pants. It was much more versatile and often times just wore them under my Mountain or Equinox pants. Like everything else, there’s always room for improvement, but I think they are great paired with the Stratus bibs for someone who doesn’t experience many hunts with temperatures below 20. I definitely wouldn’t wear them as an outer layer going through thick brush but that’s where the Equinox pants helped.
