I’m 5’9 and 150 pounds and I had plenty of room in them I know the jacket you won’t have a problem with the pants I was able to get plenty of layers on underneath them and length wise they were perfect

Jacket will for sure. Pants maybe. I'm the same height as you but 165. Medium pants and jacket fit me perfect.
