if i ghet a smaller g5 meta peep (im thinking 1/8) will i have to reserve it in? or will the existing be tiught enough? i dotn want it to fly out.

Do you have slider knots? I always tie mine in tight, around the peep also. It can save your string if the dreaded dry fire ever happens.

their served tight. done at bwana, plus they have a cool tie pattern.

I use G5 peep sights 3/16th, never lost one, tie above & below the peep & also tie around the peep/string.
of course once you have the peep correctly placed for you & string is set.
