This is the code I came up with. But all it can seem to do is change the size of the text and whiten the background...no background image, and no change of text color. What am I missing?

<style type="text/css">
body {
background-color: ;
background-image: url(http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=182903&d=1160312537) ;
background-position: center center ;
background-repeat: ;
background-attachment: ;
}
table, tr, td {
background-color: 333333;
border: ;
}
table table {
border: ;
}
table table table table{
border: ;
}
table table table {
border-width: ;
border-color: ;
border-style: ;
background-color: ;
}
table table table td {
background-color: ;
filter:alpha();
-moz-opacity:0.;
opacity: ;
-khtml-opacity:0.;
}
table table table table td {
filter:none;
body, div, span, td, p, .orangetext15, .whitetext12, .lightbluetext8, strong,
b, u, .redtext, .redbtext, .btext, .text, .nametext, .blacktext10, .blacktext12
{
font-family: ;
font-size: ;
color: ;
font-weight: ;
font-style: ;
text-decoration: ;
}
.nametext {
padding: 5px;
font-family: ;
font-size: ;
color: ;
font-weight: ;
font-style: ;
text-decoration: ;
display: block;
}
.whitetext12, .orangetext15 {
font-family: ;
font-size: ;
color: ;
font-weight: ;
font-style: ;
text-decoration: ;
}
a.navbar:link, a.navbar:active, a.navbar:visited, a.navbar:hover, a.man:link,
a.man:active, a.man:visited, a.man:hover, a, a:link, a:active, a:visited, a:hover,

You need to add a color for the table txt or the paragraph txt,,, like so

td, p {
color: #FF0000;
}

That is red.

if you want it bold, or something, you'd want

td, p {
color: #FF0000;
font-weight: bold;
}

do not include the style tags when you paste it into your profile editor. It will mess it up :)

Ok I am trying to get started with redoing my coding and I am normally really good with html. My question is how do we identifiy each part on the page so we know how to remove/change/ re-arange them? I am just trying to get a feel for it. Once that happens I can usually pick up on things rather quickly. Any help would be awesome thanks.

Refer to the default CSS to load an AT page...

http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/showthread.php?t=436399

the body section is the same as the <body> html tag.
same with td,p,li, etc.

so if you change
body {
background-color: #FFFFFF;
}

to
body {
background-color: #CCCCCC;
}

the background will change from white to grey.

if you change
td, li, p {
color: #000000;
}

to
td,li,p {
color: #FF0000;
}

the font color of the page tables (the boxes containing the profile info) will turn to red, unless it's a link.

to change link color, change
a {
color: #whatever;
}

to
a {
color: #whatever2
}

where whatever is the hex color you have in mind. I know that's fast and dirty, but if you're familiar with html, that should help some.
