Hi everyone. My 10 year old and myself are just beginning in archery sports and hope to learn a lot .

We are in the process of selecting a bow fro each of us. Compound or recurve? He and I like the romance of the traditional bows, but the accuracy and ease of learning a compound might make it more enjoyable. We are really confused as to what to buy!!! Help!!

Best bet is find a club or archery shop that has equipment you can tryout before you purchase. Where are you located?

Welcome :)

Buy both. Spread the love. I'd be afraid to ask how many bows these guys own. Welcome to the sickness :)
