Had mine a day and sold it to another member at the club. I have shot the SVX since it's inception and decided to try the Concept X. I shoot 29.5" and #53. On my Prevails and Invictas, I would lengthen the cables to get a higher holding weight percentage, which in turn would make the valley shorter. That being said the Concept x cams, straight from the factory, were unshootable; with the let-off foot set in the 65% position and not much better in the 70% position. There was zero valley! When I put the foot in the 75% it provided enough valley but, no way in hell am I going to shoot #13 of holding weight. Now, I could have spent some time twisting cables up to get more of a valley with the foot in the 65% setting however, that would have added weight to the bow that I would have had to back out and by doing so, I was going to get a higher let-off percentage than the desired 65%. A guy at the club that has not owned a Hoyt asked to shoot it and said that he would buy it from me if I was unhappy with it and I told him it's yours. I am going back to my Invictas. A couple positives include that the draw curve was awesome and the bow has zero shock upon release. However, on another sour note the aluminum cam spacers that they now use, do not allow for shimming the cams perfectly. I did try the draw specific modules as well and did not see any difference between the draw cycle or holding weight. Just my 2 cents. Hope it saves someone else with my requirements some time and money.
