Hey, anyone had a choice to toy with this camera? I know that the Carl Zeiss lenses are pretty good quality, and the 14mp is looking mighty tempting to me, but just wanted to get some opinions on it. thanks.

The body is ok if you look at reviews, but the lenses are touch and go in the quality control dept. Go to www.dpreview.com for the camera review, and to www.slrgear.com for reviews of Sony/Zeiss lenses.

I don't know if Simga makes lenses in Sony mount, but if they do, you might be able to get better lenses at a lower price... Here is the review for the Sony 70-200mm 2.8 lens http://www.slrgear.com/reviews/showproduct.php/product/985/cat/83
