Seems like this state has it figured out. While most have to worry about petitions, protests, and bans SD adds hunting and supports it at will. Not to mention SD doesn't have state income taxes

reviving an old thread.... This morning and elk hunter shot the very first Mt lion legally taken in the state. It was shot near spearfish. She weighed 97 LBS and was 6 years old.
