Limbs maxed out center of axle to center of axle.
Check all your specs with limbs set at maximum.
Also be certain to check your cam timing and draw length.

Checking the axle to axle is done from center to center. However, I usually measure from outside to inside of the pin which amounts to the same thing. I get my string and cable to the proper length and then install them. This basically eliminates many tuning problems. The unfortune thing is not many people can measure them accurately because they have to be measured under 100 lbs of tension.
