If I lower my draw weight by 5 lbs, how much feet
per second will I lose? My bow is now at 65lbs
and shooting 265fps.

I would guess somewhere around 8 to 10 fps... Each set-up is a little different, but if I'm not mistaken, the general rule of thumb is 1 to 2 fps for every lb of draw weight... I'm not 100% sure of that, though - but it seems to me that I read that once... I think it's also 1 to 2 fps for every 5 grains of arrow weight, too...

Yep, you can expect roughly 8-10 FPS loss. If you find you shoot better at the lighter weight don't give a second thought to the lost speed. Being accurate is without a doubt better than being fast.
