Not sure about the pro-x but I shoot the podium plus and love them. I've had doinker bars, shrewd bars and even tried the shadow bars and like the stiffness of the spiders. Sean is the owner of spider and is a really nice guy. Give him a call and talk to him about your needs. Spider puts out a great product at a reasonable price

Anyone else have experience with these Spiders? I'm looking at the Podium Extreme series, which is also marketed as Pro-X Extreme.

 

I really like mine, I shoot the 32" / 12" combo indoors, and I also had a set of the AAE Bars, in my opinion my bow had a lot less vibration after the shot when using the spider bars then the AAE bars. I also shoot the podium plus series as well 30 / 12" on my outdoor setup. Sean is a super nice guy and I don't think you could go wrong with them.

 

I just bought a set of these bars at Redding this year. The reason I bought them is that they let me try the bars on my bow before I purchased them. I can say the bars made my bow hold noticeably better. As a side benefit they were also quieter and took out some vibration, not that that is a big deal on a target rig. The only other bars I've owned are Doinker Fatty Elites so that's all I've tried them against.

I can also say that the customer service was awesome. They answered all my questions and even stayed late after they had closed up their booth so that they could build the bars I bought.

 

You might also ask them which bars to run if you decide to go that route. They were telling me that the Pro-X Plus would be a better option until you put 6+ oz. on the front stick.

 

I traded my doinker platinums for my spiders, I like the spiders alot more.

 

My wife shoots the podium plus bars (30/13) and absolutely LOVES them! I haven't personally tried them yet so I have no input. I will say the entire Spider crew are the very best people you will ever come across in archery!!
