I believe you're talking about them sticking to the little bit of exposed tape on each one, right? There are quite a few remedies for this problem.
1. Talcum powder the exposed bits. Same problem as using flour but at least it's not edible and doesn't attract bugs.
2. Put the vane into a conventional fletching jig's clamp with a bit sticking out. This bit should be the same width as the double sided tape. What you then do is to fold it in the opposite direction so that it doesn't tend to pull away from the tape.
3. Cut the tape into smaller widths.
4. Switch to conventional plastic vanes.
