By the way my Pro 38 is a 07 with 2000 limbs. Would that change anything?

I alltso see that there is a insert weigh of 38 grains but i dont use any inserts.

Very little change in spine for both arrows and the insert was not used for this calculation....that is just for informational purposes.....

I have added 20 grain on my 400 fatboy arrows total 220 gr.
When i shoot a bareshaft from 25 yards its high and 3-4 inches to the right.
Does this mean stiff, weak or cam lean?

First you have to fix the high issue. That is a nock low condition. Strange things happen with lefts and rights when your nock isn't correct.

Yes but remember i have 220 grain points.

That can work...but you also have to keep in mind you want to be pretty close to center of your burger hole....
