Is there any rule of thumb with respect to how much tip weight being the equivalent of a lighter spine?

I ask as i bumped up the tip weight on my 30” 600 Gt trads to 175 from 125 and definitely notice better flight
And am considering going lighter spine to allow use of 125s again for FOC reasons, but with the price of arrows what they are
I’d like to make the right choice the first time

These being screw in points, i probably have near 200 grains right now

0.1" of deflection = 10# of dynamic spine = 2" of shaft length = 100 grains of head weight/-50 grains of tail weight.
All numbers are approximations and yes, YMMV.

Viper1 out.
