The Real Deal is a great sight. The wrap is nice to have but not necessary. I replaced the fiber on mine to some longer fiber. I then placed the fibers in individual tubes and zipped them down for protection. I had great lighting but they all broke and had to be repaired. At that point I bought a wrap and I have a wrap on all my Spot Hogg pin sights. I have 5 pin sights. I hunt in the west and need more than three pins. You have a knob to move the sight body up and down so you should be OK. As far as quality, Spot Hogg is top shelf!
