Looking at it on sale for $100 cad.

I tried 2 of them and was not impressed.
Bought a tactacam and never looked back. Now I have about 10 tactacam reveal x s and really like them.
I think you can buy them for $120. Worth it in my opinion.

I've had 3 LTE micro's in service since last year with no issues.
I had another that wouldn't connect to the internet, returned it and the replacement is one of the three in use now.
Thumbnail quality isn't as clear as it could be, but the HD's are fine.
For the record I also had a browning that failed to connect to the internet at initial setup. Thumbnail quality is better from the browning but also requires a monthly subscription.

I have had 10 or so over the past 3 years. 6 are still fully functional. One of those was stolen, 3 had various issues.

pretty much bulletproof cameras. Love them for public land. Not the best pics, but they wont miss anything at all. Just simply great for intel. I have yet to find a camera with a better motion sensor. It truly covers the entire frame. You can place them at any angle and height and they’ll pick up anything that walks through. This can’t be said for alot of cameras. (Tactacams are the worst at this. Hence having to use the red line for setup)

Others have stated it all. I have 5. No issues with cell signal and they have transmitted well even in areas with weak signals. Transmitted Pictures are ok quality but card is HD. Setup is super easy and phone app is intuitive, the 100 free pics works for me. Had one that failed to get recognized on startup the second season, called customer service, they were friendly and it was resolved on the first call in about 10 minutes. I’m sure there’s better out there but wouldn’t hesitate to buy these again.

Like the others said pic quality is lacking. I’ll go as far as to say pic quality sucks. Dealing with the mini SD card is also a PIA especially if it’s cold out. On the other hand I have one that’s been out for two years and still doing what it’s supposed to do. If you don’t want to pay a subscription fee this is the cam for you. I like my tactacams much better.

Images to cell phone are completely different in quality when compared to those on the SD card with all wireless cameras due to compression.
Oh, and Tactacam Reveal cameras work fine elevated and angled if you know what you’re doing.

I believe I'm up to 8 spypoints micros, I buy the twin packs with included sd cards for less than 160$ shipped on sale. For that money you can't beat them even with the 2 issues I've had. Spypoint corrected the problems relatively easy on both accounts. 100 free pics are nice, I rarely go over that because I set them on trails and not on food. Pictures are just OK but I don't typically need HD pics.
I also own a handful of tactacams and they are the superior camera but you have to buy a plan and they cost nearly double what I pay for spypoints.

I’m not looking for hd pictures. So that’s good to hear. If I want HD pics il down load them off the card. Does it work as a normal camera in areas that don’t have cell coverage.
The 100pics a month is a good deal imo I won’t go much over that either

I have 3 spypoints & will never buy another. Worst cameras & company I've dealt with. Huge waist of money.

I know it's not what you want to hear... But that's been my case with them & their customer service. I've done everything they suggested & still problems with all of them. That's a lot too cause they have a rather large book of excuses.

The ridgetec or reveals are my suggestion.

both of those options are more than I can justify.
Il hope I don’t have issues with this one.
