stabilizers?

Do any of you put a stabilizer on your bow right from the beginning or do you wait until you have a problem that needs corrected?

I put a stabilizer on my bow before I even take the first shot. It helps me hold the pins steadier and balances the directional forces when you're at full draw. Not all stabs are created equal though, I use a long 8-12" rigid stabilizer with an adjustable weight stack at the end. Most of the stabilizers out there today are some sort of rubber or navcom material and simply soak up any lingering vibration they're not really stabilizers they're vibration dampeners.

I never go without a stabilizer. My Stealth stabilizer balances my bow very nicely and absorbs any vibrations in the bow from the shot.
