I have several

The trigger can be a little slow and occaisionally misses an event, but over all they're pretty reliable. The range is pretty good. I've had deer trip it that were easily 50 yards away. The picture quality is very good. Even if you eventually get a digital, it's nice to have a cheaper 35mm you can use in places where someone might come across it and grab it. Those Stealths fit that bill perfectly.

I would pay a little more and get a digital, i think you can get a wildview for like $60 at wal mart, and you will save more than $40 just this year in film and developing. Even the cheapest digital is a better idea IMO.

My first camera was a Stealth. It was so infuriating, I punted it., slow to cycle, ate batteries by the box, ppoor images etc.. For 35mm I have a Leaf River, excellent photo quality and probably much cheaper than I paid a few years ago. When finances allow, the Cuddeback rules.

Are they the new MC2-GV? I have two and have not had any problems with them. The trigger was around 4 seconds or so. Pretty decent if you ask me. I had it beside a friends Moultrie one week when the stealth event counter maxed out at 99 and the moultrie only took 20 pics.
