Steel ball archery composite bow

Shoots a steel ball (i.e.; catapult) or dual purpose (bow and catapult)? Can't imagine the ball projectile would be real accurate...maybe on the order of a slingshot and you would need a supply of steelies.

knuckle balls....and the faster the less accurate

whichever direction the balls starts to spin will dictate the flight path

if they are really clever, they might be able to introduce a clockwise twist like a bullet....but i don't see how that can be done as is

I'd be too worried about things going wrong at release. I wouldn't want the steel ball heading for my bow hand at high speed. Then again, I don't like slingshots for the same reason, so probably just me being paranoid.
