I got home from work this evening and decided to hit the woods...All I did was sweat! It is still extremely warm here and it's the end of October for crying out loud! I did not see any deer but did see about seven turkeys including a nice gobbler. How's everyone else doing?

I saw a mosquito that could take over Tokyo It's too hot to do anything in the woods. I did see 10 deer on the drive home. Full moon has got them moving late i guess.

I guess so. I've never done any good hunting during a full moon.

Hot weather

Alot of unseasonable hot weather here in Arkansas too! deer are moving very late afternoon but not having any luck; looked at the long range forecast and they are saying alot colder weather by next week, around 35 for the low and low 50's for the high; Thank God!

I sure hope so because my season isn't going so well so far. It's almost the end of October and no deer!
