Yes,Stone Mountain strings are well worth the money.
I have shot them for 5 or 6 years with never a problem.
They are at least the equal of any of the premium strings out there today.
Try a set you won't be disappointed.

Had Stone Mountain strings and it wasn't good. They are very heavy thus you will lose speed. Also, my buddy bought a set and they stretched big time. We both switched over to Americas Best and never had a problem since.

I have used them before and really like them. Last set I got was for an AM35. Measurements were right on the money. But, when I put them on I went from 295 to 286 at 70 pounds. Took them off and went with Vapor Trail and have had no more problems.

May have just been a bad set.

Stone Mountain

I've used both kinds of Stone Mountain strings -- don't bother with the "regular" ones, but the Dakota's are good as far as stretch and performance go.

Be sure about the measurements and I think they are as good as about any others out there -- 'cept for Neely's.:embara:
