strap on steps?

Does anyone use these and how are they as far as ease of use and safety etc.? How quickly can you set up? I've had some bad luck with screw in steps and don't want to go that route any more. Sticks are to hard to get in quietly and a climber is too bulky for where I need to hunt.

I bought some and used them just once.............don't really care for them at all. Bulky to carry, hard to get properly setup, too time consumming to use.
