strap on steps?

Does anyone use these and how are they as far as ease of use and safety etc.? How quickly can you set up? I've had some bad luck with screw in steps and don't want to go that route any more. Sticks are to hard to get in quietly and a climber is too bulky for where I need to hunt.

Well if any of you have tie on steps laying around i will take them off your hands if you want to give them away!!!!! I love them, so much less effort than screw in steps!!!!! just pm me to get rid of them!!!
