The string stop on my Bear Cruzer seems to be made from and ultra hard rubber. It makes an extremely loud buzz when the string contacts it. Bear tells me it needs to be 1/8" of an inch away from the string. I've tried it in every position imaginable and its least loud when touching the string.
I've haven't gotten anywhere with Bear customer service on an aftermarket string stop that will fit. Does anyone know a replacement string stop that will fit the Cruzer?
