When the string tamer is installed correctly, should the string be touching the stop or should there be a gap? I currently have it barley touching but was told from a shop i needed a 1/8" gap.

I was taught to try and get a business card to slide through.

I pull it out until it just touchs lightly.....then tighten her up. Works great that way on a Monster and Reezen.
