I have one of the first generation STS's on my Hoyt with the old style rubber pad. Occaisionally the string ends up along the side of the cushion. I was thinking about changing it over to the new style pad, but am not sure how to do that as the original seems to be on there very good. Any insight?

its weird, I had the same problem on my Trykon. I took in the bow to get the cams timed etc and It hasn't done it since. Not sure if this is your issue or what actually happened but after tuning the problem went away completely.

your shop got the new end to change it over. A set of channel locks will twist the old end off.

I was thinking the problem with the string was probably me anyway, but could be a little bit of a timing issue. I'll have to stop over to see Shawn one Saturday. Thanks guys!!!!!:shade:
