These AWS scales are pretty good. And most of the "archery" brand scales are rebranded AWS or similar Chinese scales.
For what we do they are plenty accurate. I have 2 different AWS scales over 8 years old. Check them occasionally with certified calibration weights. (I worked on scales for a living for a few years)

If you get an AWS-100 scale, read the fine print in the description to make sure it has the grain measurement feature. Most do, but there are apparently some (kitchen, spice/herb?) versions that don't have that feature--yet still labeled AWS-100.

 

I got the Range Maxx from bass pro for like $19.99 I think. Been working great for the last couple years.

call me old fashioned but my rcbs balance scale has not let me down for over 50yrs

 

If you shoot heavy arrows just use a bathroom scale

 

I use a Lyman powder scale, about $50.

 

LCA. Gohunt puts it on sale on occasion. Gives a nice cradle to lay arrow shafts on, has lighted display and is very user friendly.

Weigh Max - worked well for 5 years and dropped it. Weighs up to 500 grains - new $10.00. My present scale I got at WalMart. Grain, ounces, grams and something else. Weighs up to 25 pounds. 8"X10" and a little over 1" thick. Shuts off automatically.
