I was wondering if summit stands will grip poplar,sycamore and hickory trees. My woods is loaded with poplar and hickory. Just want to make sure the stand will hold and not fall out from underneath me. Thanks I have a summit goliath climber

You'll be fine but take your time. I did the slide on a red oak last year and almost had to change my pants.
