Where do you feel is the best place to mount the Summitt bowholder? Is it best on the platform or the climbing rail. The instructions are not clear on this. I am right handed and will be putting it on my left side.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have it on the seat rail. I always had to slide it a bit to get the stand to fit together properly. I just felt putting it on the platform was a little low.

I had it on the left side as I am right handed too.

Also, don't use the Summit bowholder as a place to wrap your pull up rope. It will crack under pressure. It's a nice holder, but a bit fragile IMO.

I guess it depend son what stand you have. I have a bushmaster and I mounted it on the seat/climber rail. Works great.

I will be putting mine on the top rail on the left side. The base seems like it will be too low.

I dont use one. If the bow is not in my hand its useless!!!
