Tactacam Video Choppy

Fairly new to using a tactacam 4.0, all the videos seem choppy and hesitant. I'm using the recommended SD card and write speeds, but all of my videos are still choppy on the computer, iPhone & tablet.

Any recommendations from users or others with this problem?

Look at your software used to open and play. Also choppy means pc processor can't handle playback at speed. How much memory onboard

When I first tested mine it did that as well. Then I downloaded the latest software update and it fixed it right away. They have amazing customer service as well; best I've ever seen. Just give them a call and they will walk you through a remedy.

On my GoPro black I had the same issue. Had to download Media player classic on my computer for it to play them.

I went to a older version to get it to work. The new version would not work. Look for the classic version.
