what would be a good target bow for a 20" draw and 20-30 lbs.

I would say at those specs...there is no difference between a target bow and any other bow. Just being able to find a bow with those specs MAKES it a target bow lol.

That being said, I think that Hoyt makes some really nice kids bows, as does Martin, Mathews, and PSE.

Check out the Kobalt, Banshee, Leopard, Genesis, etc...
