OK - I'll start us off.
Hunting KS and possibly MO this year - very hopeful (as always) that we can be competitive.

We probably need a name better than Team #17

Something obscure perhaps? How 'bout the Very Angry Armadillos?

Team 17

I will be hunting mid southern Indiana. Caught a nice 8 point on a trail camera after gun season last year. Hope to find out if he grew this summer.......

Death from Above sounds good to me.. I'm flexible though. Hope to contribute in a big way this year.

When's your opener?

We start here in ND this year on Sept. 1st. Only 27 more days! I hope it starts to cool off some by then. The past two seasons, I have taken a 135"..4x4 in velvet (had officially scored) and last season I took a 129" non typical. This season, I am after a big guy that I have spotted three times now right in the same area. On June 30th, this year I watched him walk down the trail that I hunt on that leads to an alfalfa field by my stand, and then with 2 months left to grow, I sized him up at probally 115 to 120 inches. He is very wide which makes him very distinguishable, and I am sure I saw him on the same trail again last Wed. and he appears to be somewhere's in that 150" class. I would love to put my Muzzy thru him , but well I guess we'll have to see. I should be able to get a 130's anyways if things go ok for me, but this guy has got me pumped. I did pass on a 130 class buck last year, only to take a 129incher because of his odd rack. Either way, I am excited for this season.
Another thing, we need those doe points! They add up quickly. The bucks will come, but hopefully we can get 750 points for our does alone.
GOOD LUCK team 17!! Let's get er' done! :darkbeer:

What about Team Rack 'n Roll or The Buckslayers. Team Buck Stops Here. I could go on and on - somebody else chime in.
I saw where another team was letting the 'most senior AT member' of the group pick the name - of those checked in, that would be you Bob, with over 1,000 posts.
I'm happy with you picking what sound good to you - I'd love it if you could find something unique, rather than one recycled from previous years contests.

Rack Pack or Rack Patrol work for me

Howdy from Oklahoma,

Having Bob pick a name works.

Hope to contribute a good buck this year. Just got a new lease that looks promising. Season opens October 1 here. Great hunting to all!!

That would be fine with me also! What ever name you all choose will be ok with me.

7 to go

Still need 7 fellers to check in.

I made a little spreadsheet to keep track of our team. Might make for a little competition amongst ourselves.

I'll update it as often as needed....

If I could figure out how to attach an excel document, I'd put that here for anyone else to use.
