i really like the looks of this bow.... might go try one out tomorrow, if i end up liking it i may buy it..... i just want to know if there customer service is good or not

as a dealer of the extreme sites, we haven't had any bad experiences with them. but it seems their getting a little behind the eight ball with the making of the bows but that could just be a fluke. other wise all good things for them.

Martin/Rytera has great customer service i had a limb crack and they hooked me up... Before you buy one though i'd shoot the Switchback XT

It's Martin's customer service. As far as I'm concerned it's the best there is. That's how they won me over as a loyal customer so long ago.
