Tenpoint Titan M1 problems

I had bought my dad a Titan m1 about 2 years ago and it was a tack driver then I could consistently get 2in groups at 40 and be splitting arrows but when I got it out today it was not shooting very well at all. 40-yard groups were probably 6 in. It would be a couple decent shots with a couple flyers every time. I bought a new pack of pro elite 400s and they did the same exact thing. The strings was waxed and lubed consistently and it seems to be in very good shape. It is probably only been shot a total of 70 or 80 times Max. I had an older hawke scope that I put on there just to make sure it wasn't the optic and it did the exact same thing. Just shooting Very inconsistent and won't hold a good group. Any recommendations?

look at dots on cams see if they are timed the same. Then start checking every screw for tightness, scope base, brush retainer, stock, front mount bolt which has a lock screw and you might need to pull quiver bracket off for it.

next I'd put a cardboard on your target with a aiming dot, pick 1 arrow and shoot at the same spot 4-5 times to see how it groups.

pay attention to keeping things level, doesn't take much canting to open groups.

Timing is off and it more than likely needs new string and cables. They have been under constant tension since the bow was built and stretched. For this season you could probably get away with just a slight tune up.
