If you are solo the Kifaru super tarp would fit the bill for sure. Light, durable packs down tiny.

If its you and a buddy or more the Kifaru tipis are pretty sweet! Or the sawtooth
I have an 8 man Tipi from Kifaru. In reality 4 guys with gear can stay inside. Its pretty awesome. And with EVERYTHING its 8 lbs. Can be split up between 3 guys and you are living in luxury in the backcountry.
