It gets marinated in beer and lime for 24 hours. Then grilled until medium rare. One with some Mesquite, red pepper flakes and salt. The other one more on the medium side with just salt.

I'm just a tease, I couldn't help it. :booty::jksign:

I've marinated myself with beer and lime before.....works great!

Looks like sirloin tips? Hard to tell once cooked though. Looks and sonds good

Had some for dinner. I'll have to try the beer and lime though. I usually have them but it's in a Corona bottle!

It was really good. I used lime but you could use lemons. I know some guys use oranges. Good for marinating to soften the meat. Alfalfa fed Muley is fantastic!.
