About 1100+

Weighed the 1/4s, legs, head, hide, came to over 900
Think we added 20% for the guts... so another estimated 180
Add the tenderloins and other miscellaneous trimmings that got tossed we figured 1100 +

1/4ers were 660 at the butchers

130gr partition through the shoulders piled this one up
