I really like the crowns, but that’s not what you’re looking for.

No experience with the glue ins, but I do with the screw ins. I like the concept and they fly great as you would expect. I have not used them yet in a hunting situation, but I wonder how much energy will be used to cut the pin instead of being used on penetration.

 

I thought that also. Also, the head being more blunt instead of sharp.

I shot thorn board heads 2 seasons ago. Killed 2 doe in 1 afternoon with them. Didn’t get a pass thru with my 60lb elite. But both deer ran less then 60 yards and were dead.

 

Some broadheads I just look at and wonder why people take a chance on animals with them. I'm sure some of those I look at with that thought are capable, but this wouldn't ever be one on my list to try were I ever to climb out of my fixed replaceable blade mindset.
