For those of you who converted from caliper to thumb, do you experience an increase in drawlength?

Nope, my draw length stays the same...I may have to adjust the dloop or draw stop a bit but 'youre' drawlength never changes.

as you said, you have to adjust the draw stop.

I did not change mine, but I switched from a Win release which is kept close to the hand anyway, I believe that he means the bows draw length/power stroke not the person's draw length.

I shoot a 27.5" bow with a wrist strap release and 28" with most hand helds.

I kept the same draw length, but my anchor changed and feels shorter with the hand held release.

as you said, you have to adjust the draw stop.

Changing releases CANNOT change the drawlength of the bow, it merely changes the position and style of your anchor. If it was a 29" with a wrist strap, it is 29" with thmub or BT release.

Bryan changed his drawstop to effect his anchor, not because of a long draw length (at least that is my theory).
